Established in 2016, Skeleton Key Brewery is a family-owned and -operated microbrewery and taproom located in Woodridge, IL. We believe that craft beer is at its best when it blends a variety of palates and perspectives, and we aim to foster an inclusive environment in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated and respected.

Our 8,500 sq ft facility houses a 15bbl steam-fired brewhouse and three taproom seating areas with two separate bars. In addition to beer, we are passionate about education, community, live music, and bad movies.

AUG. 8

SUMMER SKELEBRATION: 10 YEARS OF BEERS!

Ten years ago we poured our first pint. Since then, every batch we've brewed has been shaped by the artists, makers, and creative weirdos who've kept us inspired along the way — so this summer, we're throwing them a party, and you’re all invited! We'll have 7 musical acts, tiny flash tattoos, henna art, linocut printing, and Skele-catures -- plus, puppet shows, juggling, and balloon twisting for the kids. Plus a bunch of food -- Oh, and BEER!

AUG. 9

CLOSED FOR POST-SKELEBRATION CLEANUP + REST

Just a heads-up that we will be entirely closed to the public on Sunday, August 9 so we can clean up after our Summer Skelebration and then give our hard-working staff time to recover and rest. If you're looking for somewhere else to spend your Sunday, we highly recommend checking out our friends at Blume & Ferris Public House in Downers Grove -- they make the best Irish beers around, and their food is *chef's kiss*!

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: VINYASA YOGA

Sweat away the stress after a long workday -- and do it in a fun way! Join us for 60 minutes of dynamic vinyasa yoga, followed by a refreshing beer or blood orange spritz at the bar. Space is limited, so make sure to sign up in advance at the link below -- and don't forget to bring your mat! (If you prefer a non-alcoholic beverage, we are more than happy to accommodate you :) Stay tuned for more Workout Wednesdays!

On select Tuesdays, Skeleton Key transforms into a quiet oasis where you can escape life's hustle-and-bustle and take a personal time-out. Relax in relative silence with a beer and a novel, coloring book, crochet, work project, or whatever brings you peace.
